Real Girls, Real Pressure: National Report on the State of Self-Esteem by the Dove Self-Esteem Fund found that 7 in 10 girls believe they are not good enough or do not measure up in some way, including their looks, performance in school and relationships with family and friends.

 

That’s where Project Discover Me comes in. It’s a self-love game specifically designed for girls ages 13 and up. Created by a mother with a mission to help her daughter. It's an empowerment tool that strives to inspire self-worth through powerful questions and conversations. 

 

Made up of over 200 beautiful conversation cards, Project Discover Me features a blend of affirmations, journal prompts and reflective questions that touch on topics such as self-love, body image, social media, mental health, and more.

 

Project Discover Me can be played alone or with up to three family members or friends. While teen girls may choose to enjoy the game at home, it’s also ideal for a variety of group settings, such as youth groups and leadership groups. In addition, it makes a unique bonding tool for young girls and their mothers or other individuals who may be raising them.
